MACE ENGINEERING GROUP - WHERE PERFORMANCE MEETS RELIABILITY!
Stage 1
This Crow cam was designed for naturally aspirated applications where street-ability is important, while still providing great performance.
It was designed for the naturally as pirated ecotec engines, however it also works well with nitrous or boosted setups. Its one of the very few cams on the market that don't need a higher torque converter or gear changes to see gains.
Look for gains of 15-22 kW depending on your car's current configuration
Stage 2
This Crow cam was designed for use with totally stock heads, and stock valve train. Upgraded pushrods are recommended but not needed. Revving past 6200 RPM will require upgraded springs. Either 90 or 105# springs are recommended for high RPM use.
This cam was designed for naturally aspirated applications where maximising the performance of stock heads is important. Idle is lumpy, especially with extractors. Raising shift points to 6500 RPM, rev limit to 7000 RPM, and gears/converter are all recommended.
Look for gains of 19-26 kW depending on your car's current configuration
Stage 3
This Crow cam was designed for use with ported heads and added displacement. Upgraded pushrods is recommended. For use with stock heads, modified retainers are required for extra clearance due to the high level of lift.
This cam was designed for naturally aspirated applications or for use in a stroker application. For use on a highly modified 3.8 liter, shift points will need to be 6800-7000 RPM to maximise the powerband. Idle is lumpy, especially with extractors. Gears and a higher stall torque converter are recommended.
Look for gains of 22-30 kW depending on your car's current configuration
