Refund policy

At Mace Engineering Group, we take great care in packaging of your products appropriately to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition.

If for any reason your product is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately to arrange for the return of your product(s) within 14 days. We will then provide you with a replacement product as soon as possible.

If you receive a product with manufacturing defect, it must be returned within 14 days. After appropriate testing, if it is found that the defect is due to misuse, willful damage, unauthorized repair or tampering with the product by the customer, return will not be accepted by Mace Engineering Group.

Strictly no returns/refunds will be given due to buyer's change of mind or remorse.

Re-stocking Fee & Refunds

If a purchased item is returned due to buyer's remorse or misorder, 10–15% re-stocking fee will be applicable at our discretion, depending on the item.

Paypal has changed its refund policy and will no longer refund the fees deducted for the original transaction, therefore, Mace Engineering Group will deduct the 2% fee while making a partial or full refund other than the restocking fee, if applicable.

The postage cost is non-refundable.

If you have opened or test fitted the item we cannot offer any refunds/store credits.
