Why Retainers?
Changing the Ford Inline 6 style springs can require Crow Cam retainers to ensure proper spring install height, especially for high horsepower and boosted applications.
These Crow Cam Performance valve spring retainers are machined to exacting specifications to ensure proper fit and guide clearance. They are made from "Thru-Hardened" 4140 chrome moly material.

- Crow Cam recommends up to 12 PSI boost
