Gabriel bump stop or compression bumper prevents strut internal damage that may be caused by metal-to-metal contact on severe impact under extreme compression of the piston rod. This compression bumper fitted with the convoluted boot or gaiter makes a complete strut cushion which slides over the piston rod on the strut’s body.

Gabriel strut cushions are used in the vehicle suspension system to protect and shield struts from dirt, grime, grease, moisture and other elements.

• These bump stops do not come with convoluted boot or gaiter.
• These bump stops suit BA, BA.II, BF, BF.II series Sedans including XR6, XR6T & XR8.
• These bump stops suit BA, BA.II, BF, BF.II series Utes, Cab Chassis including XR6, XR6T & XR8 but excluding RTV.
• It is recommended to replace damaged or missing strut cushions during strut or cartridge fitment, otherwise premature sturt failure can occur and will void the product warranty.
